Remote display / control panel that mirrors the status of the main fire alarm control panel, for local visibility and control.
A Repeater / Mimic Panel provides a convenient, remote display of the main fire alarm control panel’s status. It essentially “repeats” the information shown on the main panel, including fire alarms, faults, and disablements. This is perfect for large sites where the main panel might be located in a security room, but you need a status display at other key locations, such as a building entrance, reception desk, or a separate floor. The mimic panel allows staff to quickly see the system status without having to travel to the main control room, ensuring a faster, more coordinated response.

A Repeater or Mimic Panel provides a duplicate interface to your main Fire Alarm Control Panel, enabling the system status (fire, fault, normal) to be displayed in another location, such as a reception, lobby, or entrance. Depending on the model, it can be passive (display only) or active (with control functions).
Key Features:
• Interface: RS‑485, network bus or other communication link to control panel.

• Control Functions (optional): Reset, silence alarms, sounder control locally if active repeater.
• Location Partitioning: May display only specific floors or zones depending on configuration.
• Power & Mounting: Powered appropriately (often local power + backup), surface or recessed mounting.
Typical Uses: To improve visibility of alarms in public or remote areas; for safety monitoring in large buildings or complexes.
