Detector Bases serve as the electrical and mechanical interface between a smoke or heat detector and the fire alarm system’s wiring. They simplify installation and maintenance, allowing detectors to be easily twisted into place. We offer a variety of bases to meet different system requirements:

Standard Base: Provides the basic connection for the detector.
Relay Base: Includes a built-in relay that can be used to control ancillary devices like doors, fans, or shutters when an alarm is triggered.
Isolator Base: Contains a short-circuit isolator to protect the fire alarm loop from faults. If a short circuit occurs, the isolator base automatically isolates the fault, allowing the rest of the loop to continue functioning.

Description

Our detector bases are designed for use with conventional or addressable smoke and heat detectors. Choose from standard fixed bases, relay bases (for switching external devices), or isolator bases (for fault isolation). Compatible with major detector head brands, these bases are easy to install and include locking mechanisms to prevent tampering.
