Dry Sprinkler Systems:

How it Works: The pipes are filled with pressurized air or nitrogen. When a sprinkler head activates, the air pressure drops, triggering a valve that releases water into the pipes and out the sprinkler head.
Benefits: Prevents freezing of water in the pipes, protecting the system from damage.
Best for: Unheated warehouses, parking garages, cold storage facilities, and any area where temperatures may drop below freezing.
